Simrik Air Helicopter with experienced medical team safely evacuated a critically ill COVID-19 infected patient from Crimson Hospital under Crimson College of Technology, Butwal to Om Hospital & Research Center, Kathmandu today. Simrik Air’s H125 Airbus Helicopter having call sign 9N-ALP with Pilot-In-Command Capt. Bimal Sharma Sapkota along with fully equipped medical team airlifted the patient to the TIA Domestic terminal, from where the patient was immediately transferred to Om Hospital in an ambulance. We would like to thank the In-Flight Medical Team Dr. Abhishek Deo and Paramedic Mr. Manish Magar from Bhaktapur International Hospital for providing the patient with critical emergency care on air. Till date, Simrik has airlifted 239 COVID-19 infected patients to and from different places all over Nepal in its helicopter with fully equipped medical team and pre-hospital care.
