Simrik Air Helicopter safely transferred a COVID-19 infected patient from Kathmandu to Pokhara for home isolation today. Simrik Air’s H125 Airbus Helicopter having call sign 9N-ALP with Pilot-In-Command Capt. Rajendra Duwal and fully equipped medical team transported the patient from Nepal Mediciti Hospital, Kathmandu to Pokhara following all the health & safety guidelines. We are very much grateful to the In-Flight Medical Team Dr. Yubaraj Basnet and Paramedic Mr. Deepak Raj Pande from Nepal Mediciti Hospital for providing the patient with the critical care on air. Till date, Simrik has airlifted over 225 COVID-19 infected patients to and from different places all over Nepal in its helicopter with fully equipped medical team and pre-hospital care.
