Simrik Air Ltd. and The Association of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ACAN) have signed an MoU to provide exclusive skydiving experiences for ACAN members and their families from January 13 to 21, 2025. This collaboration aims to promote adventure tourism and enhance professional recreational activities.

The initiative aligns with ACAN's focus on members' welfare, offering safe, high-quality skydiving opportunities through Simrik Air’s aviation expertise. General Secretary of ACAN, Miss Sanjeeta Nepal, emphasized the partnership’s goal of blending adventure with safety and quality assurance.

Special discounts are available for members’ families, with immediate family members receiving 5% off and couples’ families getting 10% off. This effort promotes adventure as a valuable experience for professionals and their families.

The MoU prioritizes safety, covering participants with third-party liability insurance of up to USD 20,000, baggage liability of USD 2,000, and skydiving jump insurance of NPR 10,000,000. Flights may be postponed or canceled due to weather or technical issues, with rescheduling handled by the pilot-in-command, who has full operational discretion.

Participants are billed directly by Simrik Air, with payments due within a week. The MoU includes a dispute resolution mechanism to ensure smooth implementation and cooperation.

The agreement, signed by Miss Sanjeeta Nepal of ACAN and Mr. Yogesh Sapkota of Simrik Air, is governed by Nepali laws and Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) regulations.
