Trip booking should be done in advance of One (01) month.
25 days prior to the tour departure date, 50% of the total cost should be paid in Advance.
Trip booking confirmation should be completed by sending a scan copy of the client's color passport.
Full payment should be made 15 days before departure for the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra.
A minimum of 6 months of valid passport from the date of departure is necessary.
Tour Cancellation Policy
All notices of cancellation must be sent to our office in writing.
10 days before trip departure: 90% of total trip cost.
Verbal cancellations will not be entertained.
07 days and less departure: 100% of total trip cost.
25 days before trip departure: 30% of total trip cost.
Tour Operators have the full right to change the dates and cancel the trip due to any unavoidable circumstances.
15 days before trip departure: 50% of total trip cost.

Meet at Hotel in Hotel Diamond Palace Nepalgunj.

Nepalgunj, a bustling town in southwestern Nepal, serves as the gateway to the journey. Take some time to relax and adjust to the higher altitude (around 150 meters).
After dinner our guide will brief you about the entire “Yatra”.
After breakfast, transfer to Nepalgunj Airport for a short flight to Simikot, a remote town nestled in the Himalayas (around 2,910 meters Northwest).
Upon arrival in Simikot, you will be transferred to “Bijaya Hotel”.
Simikot is a crucial stop for acclimatization to the high altitude before venturing further.
Spend the day exploring the local market or simply relaxing to prepare your body for the challenges ahead.
Set off on a scenic helicopter ride from Simikot to Hilsa, a small town in Nepal-Tibet border. (around 3,200 meters).
After landing in Hilsa, guides will help to complete immigration formalities and obtain any necessary permits. You will then be transferred to “Himalayan Hotel” in Taklakot.
Taklakot, a frontier town at an altitude of around 3,800 meters, serves as the base for exploring the sacred sites.
This day is dedicated to experiencing the profound spiritual significance of the Kailash Mansarovar region.
In the morning, drive to the sacred Lake Manasarovar (around 4,580 meters) for a self holy puja (prayer ceremony) and a purifying bath in the icy waters.
Explore the Mansarovar Parikrama, a 72-kilometer circumambulation of the lake, considered a sacred ritual. Drive to Darchen (around 4,650 meters) and Proceed to Yamadwar (meaning "Gate of Death")
for another puja and a glimpse of the majestic Mount Kailash (around 6,714 meters).
Finally, return to Taklakot for the night.
After breakfast, depart from Taklakot and drive back to Hilsa.
Board a helicopter flight from Hilsa to Simikot, retracing your aerial path from Day 3. Check in to “Bijaya Hotel” in Simikot for a night's rest.
On the final day, enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Simikot Airport for your flight back to Nepalgunj.
Upon arrival in Nepalgunj, your Kailash Mansarovar Yatra concludes.

Excluded items include transportation to and from Nepalgunj (Ktm-Npj-Ktm), Simikot restricted area permits and fees, excess baggage charges, single room supplements, beverages, personal expenses (laundry, tips, etc.), walking sticks, extra travel insurance, extra emergency evacuation costs.
The itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to these changes. Crew will provide all possible support, but extra cost should be paid for extra contingencies.

While not included, it is highly recommended to bring a walking stick, water bottle, personal medications, and sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat for sun protection, your regular medication, extra medication as per your health condition.

This itinerary utilizes a combination of flights, helicopters, and bus rides. There is no trekking involved.
The itinerary allows for one hour each for puja and bathing at Lake Mansarovar and puja and darshan at Mount Kailash. Keep in mind this is a fast-paced itinerary with limited time for exploration.
From Nepalgunj all cost will be included in the package, but still, it is wise to carry some amount of money to spend in any wants that might arise during the trip.
You can exchange money in Simikot through official money changer or can get Chinese currency from the nearest bank. .
Yes, we acclimatize in Simikot in Day 1 and also have enough time to acclimatize in taklakot.
While this itinerary avoids strenuous trekking, a good level of fitness is still essential due to the high altitude (over 5,000 meters). Consulting a doctor beforehand is highly recommended.
