Experienced crew team from Bhaktapur International Hospital and Simrik Air Helicopter handed over a critically ill COVID-19 infected patient to Nepal APF Hospital, Balambu, Kathmandu safely airlifted from BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan today. Simrik Air’s H125 Airbus Helicopter having call sign 9N-AJZ with Pilot-In-Command Capt. Rajendra Duwal along with fully equipped medical team evacuated the patient to the designated hospital in Kathmandu. We would like to thank the In-Flight Medical Team Dr. Abhishek Deo and Paramedic Mr. Manish Magar from Bhaktapur International Hospital for providing the patient with critical emergency care on air. Till date, Simrik has airlifted over 230 COVID-19 infected patients to and from different places all over Nepal in its helicopter with fully equipped medical team and pre-hospital care.
