Simrik Air Helicopter continues to rescue COVID-19 patient from Pokhara
Simrik Air Helicopter airlifted a COVID-19 infected patient from Pokhara to Grande International Hospital Kathmandu today ie 9th November 2020.
The patient was airlifted in Simrik Air’s helicopter having a call sign 9N-AKD with Pilot-In-Command Capt. Hare Ram Thapa, with PIU (Patient Isolation Unit) along with a fully equipped medical team.
We would like to thank Dr. Ajay Singh Thapa along with the in-flight Staff Nurse Ms. Anu Shahi for successfully accomplishing this mission.
Till date, Simrik has airlifted 29 COVID-19 infected patients from Butwal, Lahan, Bharatpur, Biratnagar, Palpa, Birtamod, Jumla, Dharan, Pokhara, Bhadrapur, Dhangadhi, Birgunj, Okhaldhunga and Gaighat in its helicopter with pre-hospital care.
