𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗿𝗶𝗸 𝗔𝗶𝗿 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀

On March 5, 2023, Simrik Air Helicopter successfully conducted a rescue operation to evacuate foreign tourists who were stranded in Langtang, located in the north central Himalayan range of Nepal. The rescue team consisted of Pilot-In-Command Capt. Surendra Paudel, Rescue specialist Tshering Pande Bhote, and Technician Uttam Chaudhari.

The mission was carried out to rescue Mr. Xavier Bonet Dalmau, a renowned paraglider from Spain who had sustained multiple fractures on his body. Had the Simrik Air team not been present to execute the rescue mission, Mr. Dalmau’s life would have been in danger. The entire operation was conducted at an elevation of 4560 meters and was executed successfully, thanks to the quick thinking and brave actions of the Simrik Air crew.
